What are your bookkeeping fees?

What type of bookkeeping services do you offer?

We specialise in Xero and Dext. We work remotely, but can set up an in person meeting to get started. We utilise cloud based software for easy and secure document uploads and transfers.

How does monthly bookkeeping work?

We record and analyse all of your business transactions through Dext and Xero to prepare monthly financial statements, such as a Profit and Loss reports and Balance Sheets.

What if I need information more frequently than monthly?

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and we are happy to help. We can meet more often to meet your business needs. Including a weekly cash meeting to focus on your cashflow.

How and when do I send my documents to you?

We will need your bank statements every month. We will set up a bank feed so that your bank statements are automatically fetched into Xero so that you can focus on your business while we handle your bookkeeping. Source documents, including purchase invoices, receipts and remittance advices can be uploaded via a mobile Dext app or emailed on to a bespoke forwarding email address.

When do you deliver my monthly financial reports?

You will receive your financial reports by the 20th of every month or sooner, so that you can make informed business decisions in a timely manner. You will receive a report pack digitally to your inbox.

What if my books are behind schedule or if I need a clean up?

We have a dedicated clean up service. A one off service to clean up any messy transactions and help you to get back on track. Book a discovery call to find out more.

What if I need my statutory accounts or tax returns submitting?

We have a wide range of professional accountants and advisors who we can connect you with.

Do you process payroll?

If you require payroll services, please include this in your contact form or discovery call. While we don’t directly provide payroll services we work closely with a third party provider and will process bookkeeping payroll journals into your accounting software for you. We will ensure that your payroll transactions are correctly included in your bookkeeping records.
